LIGHT OF THE WORLD

In our scripture for today, Jesus claimed to be the light of the world. He was the only light then, and He is still the only light today. Committed and changed lives still support His claim. He is our only hope and salvation. Through Him, we can have life everlasting and peace in a troublesome world.
We should pray every day that His light will shine through us to reach others..."that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven" (Matt. 5:16).
