RELIGIOUS FENCES!

Jesus always looked beyond religious barriers into the hearts of the people. With a sensitivity born of God's Spirit, He knew a person's deep spiritual need. If he detected hardness, He sought to soften or break the heart. If He found contrition and faith, He filled the heart with His forgiveness and joy. No religious barrier kept His heart from touching His hearer's heart.
God's love working through us can surmount any religious fence. When you open your heart to the Lord, He will open your eyes to the lost.

Sometimes our Lord must liberate us from the past in order to lead us into a more fruitful future.
